Why I migrated from Hugo to Jekyll

I moved to Jekyll because it allows for explicitly naming one layout to be extended. Using Hugo I felt like having to fight with the lookup order. This is the primary reason.

Other differences between Jekyll and Hugo are:

- Plugin support
- Less strict separation between layout and content
- No org-mode support
- Longer build times
